We birthed the Brewery plan back in 2009, I'm sure it was over a few home brewed beers... inspiration to say the least. Graduated from Siebel institute in brewing science then trained in Colorado. Opened our doors in New Braunfels in 2012 for Business distributing exclusively in Texas. We are proud to be a small business in this revolution of beer in Texas and from our hearts the intention is to bring to you the best possible product we can make.
Beer has such an incredible history, often thought of as magic as the first brewers unknowingly transferred yeast from batch to batch with the swirl of the brewers paddle. I like to think that the passion of craft beer is still making magic today and by God we are passionate about beer!
Our focus is on full flavored, well balanced, and approachable Craft Beer with the use of natural ingredients. Ale's Brewed in New Braunfels, Texas driven by our love of the craft Cheers from the Brew Team at Guadalupe Brewing Co.
