Our business is growing! As we rapidly expand, we are seeking brewers of all skill and experience levels. Our brewers are responsible for brewing delicious beer. They also collaborate with our marketing and hospitality teams to achieve our company mission, and provide our guests with the perfect backyard beach escape. 

We have brewer opportunities in the following locations:

Job Requirements:

  • Brew delicious beer
  • Have an expert knowledge of all brewery policies and procedures
  • Have an expert knowledge of yeast profiles, health, and harvesting procedures
  • Collaborate with team on  scheduling and operations on canning days
  • Have a strong knowledge of canning equipment
  • Live the brand and be a brand ambassador
  • Meet business expectations for the brewery and brewed products
  • Manage a high quality, efficient brewery operation to meet department deliverables
  • Provide expert knowledge of the brewing process and ingredients with an ability to troubleshoot quality and production issues
  • Provide expert knowledge and understanding of brewery equipment including maintenance and repair
  • Effectively communicate all brewery happenings with hospitality team and management
  • Engage, educate, and promote brewed products to guests and team
  • Create a safe, clean, organized, and healthy work environment in the brewery
  • Prepare all required paperwork and forms in an organized and timely manner.

  • Keep accurate brew records
  • Participate in inventory and tax filings 
  • Participate in ordering of supplies
  • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and  in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the brewery's preventative maintenance program
  • Ensure that all ingredients and products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the receiving policies and procedures
  • Control beer cost by brewing, storing, and serving beer to company standards
  • Maintain appropriate cleaning schedules for floors, brewhouse, brewery, tanks, mill room, walk-in cooler, other brewing equipment, indoor and outdoor storage, and brewery related areas.
  • Report all brewery needs or upgrades to management
  • Check and maintain proper beer holding and serving temperature
  • Attend all department meetings with management to ensure clear communication on brewery operations
  • Make decisions in the best interest of the business every time 
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 160 pounds
  •  Work long days and keep a flexible schedule
  • Show up on time, ready to work, with a positive attitude every day
